Before they dropped the "Computer" part of the company name, called upon large business and education accounts and managed Apple Authorized Service Providers in a multi-state region. Provided customer satisfaction for all product and service-related issues. Removed barriers to additional hardware sales, and drove interest and increased attach rates in Apple services products. Held training and service update meetings on a regular basis throughout large territory.

Regional Computer Services Manager to National Systems Engineer
1992 – 1997

All before the FedEx buyout and long before the corporate merger designed to bring the company public, I was responsible for fifteen branches in Missouri and Southwest Florida. Involved in all aspects of technology support for this region, its branches and all departmental personnel. Successful at providing customers with the services they needed in a growing and changing computer industry. Integrated Macintoshes, Wintel PCs and Novell networks with myriad RIPs and output devices. Taught classes at various levels.

At the corporate office in Ventura, California, I was technical lead responsible for western half of country promoting new digital print-on-demand service to Fortune 1000 companies. Pairing technical expertise with sales experience, team success was ground-breaking for its time and a model for the company.
